Our current Guidelines were approved in 2016. However, our binders contains 2012 Guidelines. Our committee members may want to replace the old with the new. We also have a zip file of records used in past Conventions to help us.

Our Records and Our Spiritual Principles
We need records to help us work better and faster. We use them to help us avoid repeating the same mistakes. They also help us comply with Traditions 2 and 9. Still, we always need to honor NA anonymity (Tradition 9) as well as personal privacy & safety (Tradition 1). All systems can be hacked. Thus, we do not keep contact lists or other personal information online. Still Concept 8 reminds us about the importance of our communications. Thereforce, we promptly respond to email and will continue to improve our communications—online and in person.
Guidelines: Our current Guidelines were approved in 2016.
Flyers & Contact Lists: The flyers that we distribute to our Groups may have contact information. Our secretaries share contact lists as needed. We hope to work with our Helplines to see if they are willing and able to help our members with contact information.
Reports: Each month, our subcommittees report their efforts at our Convention committee meeting. Our Convention chairperson also reports to the Ohio Region.
Minutes: The Convention committee and all subcommittees also keep minutes as a record of their own meetings.
